If you just replace banner w/ newbanner, it should work but it will be a smaller image. I notice that this one is 300 or so pixels deep and the one you have now is around 198.. I didn't write any numbers down.. so I don't know exact sizes. I know all of my headers are around 700 pixels wide and less than 200 deep. Maybe you can try stretching it out a little. Go into your dashboard and select layout. click on edit header, remove the old one and upload the new one. I've found that blogger works better when I upload a photo from a third party photo sharing service like flikr or picturetrail. I'm assuming you've done all this so I don't know what is wrong. Have you checked your file size? Maybe it is too big for blogger to handle comfortably?
